Hello! My name is Ewan and this is my new blog. I was inspired to start this blog after getting back from my latest dental appointment. For some time now, I have been worried about the colour of my teeth. I drink a lot of coffee and red wine so my teeth had become dull and discoloured. It was really getting me down so I booked an appointment at my local dentist. The dentist was great and carefully explained how I could change my diet to prevent staining and recommended I have laser treatment. I have learnt so much, I decided to share it with others.
